Numlo-D Tablet is a combination of two medicines: S-Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide, which are antihypertensive medicines. S-Amlodipine(Levamlodipine) is a calcium channel blocker that works by relaxing and widening blood vessels. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic, and its function is to remove extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine.
