I am having constipation along with fatty liver, enlarged pancreas and prostate, poor sleep, joint pain, tiredness, and early ejaculation. What should I do to manage these problems?
Constipation along with fatty liver, enlarged pancreas or prostate, tiredness, poor sleep, joint pain, and early ejaculation may happen because of a combination of metabolic problems, digestion issues, hormonal imbalance, stress, inflammation, reduced physical activity, or long-term lifestyle factors. Poor sleep and chronic constipation can further worsen fatigue, mood, body pain, and sexual performance over time. Management usually works best when all contributing factors are addressed together instead of treating each symptom separately. Fibre-rich foods, adequate water intake, regular walking, weight control, and reducing alcohol, smoking, oily foods, and excess sugar may help improve constipation and fatty liver. Better sleep habits and stress reduction may also support energy levels and sexual health. Doctors may sometimes recommend liver tests, prostate evaluation, blood sugar testing, vitamin deficiency assessment, or hormone-related investigations, depending on symptoms. Persistent abdominal pain, yellowing of the eyes, blood in stool, difficulty urinating, major weight loss, or worsening weakness should be evaluated carefully because these symptoms may need more detailed medical assessment.
