Forehead darkening can persist due to sun exposure, sweat, or friction even with sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30-50, reapply every 3 hours, and add a hat or scarf for extra protection. Avoid harsh products and use gentle brightening agents like vitamin C or niacinamide consistently.
