About Reno-D3 Tablet 10's
Reno-D3 Tablet 10's is primarily used to treat low blood calcium levels. It effectively treats various conditions, such as vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis (characterised by weak bones), and latent tetany (a muscle disease associated with low blood calcium levels). Additionally, Reno-D3 Tablet 10's is used to treat hyperparathyroidism (overactive parathyroid glands) and metabolic bone disease in people with chronic kidney disease, surgery, or other conditions.
Reno-D3 Tablet 10's contains Calcitriol (Vitamin D3). Calcitriol is a synthetic version of Vitamin D3. It raises Vitamin D levels and thereby increases calcium levels in the blood. This helps in improving the absorption rate of calcium from the intestine.
In some cases, Reno-D3 Tablet 10's can cause side effects like constipation, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, mood changes, weakness, tiredness, fast or pounding heartbeat, bone/muscle pain, and headache. Inform your physician if you are allergic to Reno-D3 Tablet 10's. Let your doctor know if you have any liver/kidney disease, heart disease, kidney stones and hypervitaminosis D (having too much vitamin D) hypercalcaemia (high calcium levels), hypervitaminosis D (high vitamin D levels), heart, kidney, liver, or blood vessel diseases, kidney stones, or malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrients from food) before starting Reno-D3 Tablet 10's. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Reno-D3 Tablet 10's.
