Directions for Use

To make Porridge:

Mix 3 tsp Health Mix with 1 cup Milk/Vegan Milk, stir well.
Cook low flame stirring for 4 mins or until desired consistency.
Add Jaggery or Salt.

To make Drink/Malt:

Add 1 Tsp Health mix to 1 cup milk or vegan milk.
Mix well to break all lumps.
Add Jaggery or Salt.
