Directions for Use

Measure means a cup or container of your choice

STEP 1: Add 1 measure Mix to 1 measure of water and 1/2 measure of sour curd and mix well to form batter. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
STEP 2: Mix the masala powder with a small quantity of water to form a consistent paste to spread on the dosa later.
STEP 3: Spread sufficient batter on a hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the sides.
STEP 4: Spread the masala paste on the dosa. Roast till golden brown on medium flame. Serve hot.
Note: Rub the tava gently with a damp cloth to cool the surface & repeat the above steps.
