• Pull the Hansaplast Sport Knee Brace up your right or left leg, toes first. The label should always be on the front.
• Once in place, pull the Hansaplast knee brace over your knee, positioning the patella inlay around your kneecap. Ensure that the inlay surrounds your kneecap properly.
• Continue to pull the Hansaplast knee support up your leg until the additional stabilisers are symmetrically positioned on either side of your knee joint.

The Hansaplast Sport Knee Brace should only be applied onto clean, intact skin. Make sure the product is not uncomfortably tight and does not restrict blood flow while wearing. Avoid using the knee support for prolonged periods. Discontinue use and consult a physician if a rash develops, pain persists or conditions worsen.
