  • Pull the Hansaplast Sport Knee Brace up your right or left leg, toes first. The label should always be on the front.
  • Once in place, pull the Hansaplast knee brace over your knee, positioning the patella inlay around your kneecap. Ensure that the inlay surrounds your kneecap properly.
  • Continue to pull the Hansaplast knee support up your leg until the additional stabilisers are symmetrically positioned on either side of your knee joint.
