Gassanol Oral Solution is a blend of natural plant extracts that helps manage gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastric pain, gastritis, ulcer recurrence, dyspepsia, heartburn, mild diarrhoea and stomach pain. Belladonna dry extract and bismuth citrate are the active ingredients.
