How to Prepare Dexolac Stage 1 Formula:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly. Sterilise the feeding bottle, nipple, and cap by boiling them in water for at least 5 minutes.
2. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool down to a lukewarm temperature (around 40°C).
3. Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised feeding bottle according to the feeding table.
4. Use only the scoop provided in the tin. Level off the powder using the built-in leveller. Add the exact number of scoops corresponding to the water volume.
5. Cap the bottle and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding.

Pro Tip: Do not change the proportion of powder to water without medical advice. Over-dilution can lead to malnutrition, while under-dilution can cause dehydration.

• MOTHER'S MILK IS BEST FOR YOUR BABY. Infant milk substitutes should only be used on the advice of a health worker or medical practitioner.
• Contains milk and soy. Do not use if your baby has diagnosed galactosemia or cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA).
• After opening, transfer the contents to an airtight container (or keep the tin tightly closed). Store in a cool, dry place (not in a refrigerator).
• Consume the contents within 3 weeks of opening the seal or before the expiry date, whichever is earlier.
• Unboiled water, unsterilized bowls/bottles, or incorrect dilution can make your baby ill. Prepare only one feed at a time. Discard any leftover feed immediately; do not store it for later use.
