Calchill Lotion 45 ml

Calchill Lotion is used to treat mild skin irritation and itching. The detailed uses of Calchill Lotion are as follows:

• Rashes: Calchill Lotion helps to soothe irritated skin and reduce redness.
• Eczema: Calchill Lotion reduces dryness and itching associated with eczema
• Sunburn: Calchill Lotion provides cooling relief and aids in skin recovery after sun exposure.
• Relief from insect bites: Calchill Lotion reduces itching, swelling, and discomfort caused by bites.
• Supportive care in chickenpox: Calchill Lotion reduces itching and irritation from chickenpox lesions.
• Moisturizing and protective action: Calchill Lotion hydrates dry skin and forms a protective barrier to prevent further irritation.

Calchill Lotion contains Calamine (anti-itching agent), Aloe vera and Light liquid paraffin (emollient). Calamine causes a cooling sensation as it evaporates on the skin. Aloe vera moisturizes and soothes skin. Also, it improves the elasticity of the skin. It possesses both antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Light liquid paraffin is an emollient (softens and soothes skin) that prevents loss of water from the outer layer of skin. Thus, it hydrates, softens the skin and relieves dryness.

• Calchill Lotion should be applied as advised by your doctor.
• Check the label for directions before using this medication.
• Apply a thin layer of cream to the clean and dry affected area.
• Calchill Lotion is for topical use only.
• If Calchill Lotion accidentally comes into contact with the eyes, eyelids, lips, or mucous membranes, rinse with plenty of lukewarm water immediately.
• Wash your hands before and after using Calchill Lotion if your hands are not the affected area.

Use Calchill Lotion under medical supervision. For external use only. Keep it out of the reach of children.  

• Eat foods rich in quercetin (a flavonoid) such as apples, cherry, broccoli, spinach and blueberries.

• Consuming food rich in probiotics helps in developing the immune system against allergies.

• Limit intake of food that might trigger allergies such as dairy products, soy, eggs, and nuts.

• Avoid consumption of foods with excess sugar as it may flare up inflammation.

• Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and fish in your diet.

• Reducing stress and maintaining a regular sleep pattern would be helpful.

• Avoiding getting in contact with harsh soaps, detergents and rough fabrics.

In case Calchill Lotion comes in contact with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly. Do not swallow Calchill Lotion. In case of accidental swallowing, consult a doctor immediately.
