Since you have been taking Mirdep 15 mg (mirtazapine) and Pari CR 25 mg (paroxetine) since June, these medications have had sufficient time to show their full effect. Because you are still experiencing anxiety, your current treatment plan needs a review. Your doctor may consider safely adjusting the dosage of either medication, as both are currently at moderate doses, or transitioning you to a different medication. Adding therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), can also be highly beneficial. Please consult your prescribing physician to discuss these options.
