A dry cough is tickly and doesn't produce any viscous or thick mucus, while a chesty cough (wet cough) produces mucus or sputum.

Xpect LS Expectorant 60 ml is a combination of Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol, and Guaiphenesin. Levosalbutamol works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Ambroxol works by thinning and loosening phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe, and nose. Guaiphenesin increases the volume of fluid in the airways, reduces the stickiness of mucus.
