Your doctor may prescribe Ultrop-S Tablet 10's to help manage the following conditions:

• Moderate to severe pain: Helps relieve severe pain following surgery, major dental procedures, physical trauma, or other acute painful conditions.
• Pain with swelling after injury or surgery: Helps manage pain accompanied by localised swelling following injuries or surgical procedures.
• Painful bone and joint conditions: Helps relieve pain and swelling associated with musculoskeletal injuries and other painful bone and joint conditions.
   

Ultrop-S Tablet 10's helps provide comprehensive pain relief by addressing both pain and swelling associated with tissue injury.

• Provides effective pain relief: The combination helps relieve moderate to severe pain through different pain-relieving mechanisms.
• Helps reduce swelling: May help reduce swelling associated with injury or inflammation, making the affected area more comfortable.
• Supports easier movement: As pain and swelling improve, it may become easier to move the affected area and participate in rehabilitation or physiotherapy, where appropriate.
• Combines multiple actions in one medicine: Brings together pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory actions in a single tablet, reducing the need for separate medicines in appropriate patients.
   

• Ultrop-S Tablet 10's can be taken with or without food.
• Recommended to take Ultrop-S Tablet 10's twice daily or as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow the whole Ultrop-S Tablet 10's with a glass of water.
• Do not break, chew, or crush Ultrop-S Tablet 10's.

• Drink plenty of fluids and eat fibre-rich foods: Include fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains in your diet to help prevent constipation, which is a common side effect of tramadol.
• Avoid alcohol completely: Alcohol greatly increases the risk of severe drowsiness, slowed breathing, and liver damage because this medicine contains tramadol and paracetamol.
• Get adequate rest while staying gently active: Rest helps your body recover after injury or surgery, but gentle, doctor-approved movement or physiotherapy may help reduce stiffness and support recovery as your pain improves.
• Avoid excessive caffeine: Large amounts of caffeine may increase feelings of nervousness, restlessness, or a rapid heartbeat in some people while taking pain medicines.
• Take the medicine only for as long as prescribed: Because this medicine contains tramadol, prolonged use increases the risk of dependence and withdrawal symptoms. Always follow your doctor's advice about when to stop treatment.
   

• Inspect the tablets before use: Do not take the tablets if the blister pack is damaged, the packaging has been opened, or the tablets appear discoloured, chipped, or crumbling.
• This medicine may cause drowsiness: Do not drive, cycle, operate machinery, or perform tasks requiring alertness until you know how Ultrop-S Tablet 10's affects you.
• Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol: Many cold, flu, and pain medicines also contain paracetamol. Taking them together may lead to an accidental overdose and serious liver damage.
• Tell your dentist or surgeon before any procedure: This medicine contains serratiopeptidase, which may have mild effects on the body's natural breakdown of blood clots in some people. Although the clinical significance is not fully established, your healthcare professional should know that you are taking this medicine before any planned medical or dental procedure.
• Do not stop treatment suddenly: If you have been taking this medicine regularly for more than a few days, your doctor may advise reducing the dose gradually to help prevent withdrawal symptoms related to tramadol.
