Spin HP-Kit Tablet 6's is used in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease caused by infection with a common type of bacteria called Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori). Spin HP-Kit Tablet 6's is used in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease caused by infection with a common type of bacteria called Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori). Peptic ulcers are sores (small, shallow wounds) that develop on the intestine and stomach's inner lining.

Spin HP-Kit Tablet 6's is a combination of three drugs, namely: Pantoprazole, amoxicillin, and clarithromycin. Amoxicillin is bactericidal (kills bacteria) that works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering (protective cell wall) necessary for their survival, thereby preventing the growth of bacteria. Clarithromycin is a bacteriostatic antibiotic i.e., it stops the growth of bacteria but necessarily does not kill them. It works by inhibiting the protein synthesis process required for the growth of the bacterial cell. As a result, bacterial cells are not able to reproduce and grow. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that works by blocking the action of an enzyme called gastric proton pump, which is responsible for the production of acid in the stomach. Thereby reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Altogether, Spin HP-Kit Tablet 6's helps in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease.

You are advised to take Spin HP-Kit Tablet 6's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition.
