Stomach cramps can be due to bloating (trapped wind), diarrhoea, kidney stones, stomach ulcer, appendicitis, or other gastrointestinal conditions like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Rantispas 10mg/150mg Tablet contains dicyclomine and Ranitidine. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic and helps treat spasms and pain by relaxing the muscles. It also blocks certain chemical messengers in the brain, which causes pain sensation. Ranitidine works by blocking histamine H2 receptors located on the stomach lining, thereby reducing gastric acid secretion. Together, Rantispas 10mg/150mg Tablet helps in relieving abdominal pain and cramps.
