Abdominal (tummy) pain occurs between your chest and pelvic region (below the belly button and leg). Stomach cramps can be due to bloating (trapped wind), diarrhoea, kidney stones, stomach ulcer, appendicitis, or other gastrointestinal conditions like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Acispas 10 mg/150 mg Tablet contains dicyclomine and Ranitidine. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic and helps treat spasms and pain by relaxing the muscles. It also blocks certain chemical messengers in the brain, which causes pain sensation. Ranitidine works by blocking histamine H2 receptors located on the stomach lining, thereby reducing gastric acid secretion. Together, Acispas 10 mg/150 mg Tablet helps in relieving abdominal pain and cramps.

Acispas 10 mg/150 mg Tablet should be taken at the same time of the day each time for the best results.
