• Wash your hands before and after using Povibit SF Ointment.<
• Clean and dry the affected area. Apply a thin layer of Povibit SF Ointment and gently massage it into the skin until absorbed.
• Avoid contact with the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. If Povibit SF Ointment comes into contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse with water immediately.

• Eat a protein-rich diet: Include lean meat, fish, eggs, beans, and other protein-rich foods because protein is essential for repairing damaged skin.
• Stay well hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support healthy skin and normal wound healing.
• Manage your blood sugar: If you have diabetes, keep your blood glucose under good control because high blood sugar can delay wound healing.
• Relieve pressure regularly: If you have pressure sores, change your position every 1 to 2 hours or as advised by your healthcare provider to improve blood flow to the affected area.
