Pilo Go Cream is a combination of three drugs, namely: Beclomethasone (steroid), phenylephrine (sympathomimetic agent), and lignocaine (local anaesthetic). Beclomethasone blocks the chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. Phenylephrine decreases swelling by shrinking the blood vessels in the affected area. Lignocaine blocks the pain signals from the nerves to the brain, reducing the pain sensation.
