Metozox 50 ER Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension), heart-related chest pain (angina), and irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia). Hypertension is a lifelong or chronic condition in which the force exerted by the blood against the artery walls becomes so high that it leads to heart disease.

Metozox 50 ER Tablet contains Metoprolol Succinate, which helps in slowing down the heart rate, making it easier for the heart to pump blood throughout the body.

Not everyone who is taking Metozox 50 ER Tablet will get these side effects. What if I have taken an overdose of Metozox 50 ER Tablet

Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Overdose of Metozox 50 ER Tablet may cause nausea, vomiting, decreased consciousness or loss of consciousness (coma), irregular, fast, or slow heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, fatigue or weakness and fainting. Seek immediate medical help if you suspect that you might have taken an overdose of Metozox 50 ER Tablet .
