Koselev 125mg Oral Suspension is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections in children such as chest infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and infection of the nose, sinuses and throat.

Koselev 125mg Oral Suspension contains Levofloxacin, which kills infection-causing bacteria by inhibiting the activity of the DNA-gyrase enzyme found in bacteria. This prevents their ability to divide and repair.

Koselev 125mg Oral Suspension may cause common side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness, and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve eventually.  Nevertheless, if the side effects are persistent, contact your doctor.

If the child is allergic to levofloxacin or any of its ingredients, please inform your doctor. Before starting this medicine, inform your doctor if your child is taking any other medication or has any pre-existing medical conditions.

• Koselev 125mg Oral Suspension should be given after meals or as advised by the doctor.
