• Apply Hexilak Gel two to three times a day or as directed by your doctor, to get the best results.
• Gently rinse the affected area with water before applying Hexilak Gel. Pat the skin dry with a clean cotton towel. Apply a generous amount of Hexilak Gel and spread it evenly on the skin’s affected areas. You can also apply Hexilak Gel with a clean cotton wool or gauze swab.
• Wash your hands before and after using Hexilak Gel on the affected areas unless the treatment is for hands.

• Sun Protection: Keep the healing scar covered or apply a high-SPF sunscreen when outdoors, as ultraviolet rays can permanently darken scar tissue.
• Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water daily to maintain skin hydration, which supports the natural regeneration of healthy skin cells.
• Avoid Friction: Avoid wearing tight, rough, or synthetic clothing directly over the scar to prevent friction and irritation that can worsen scarring.
