Grenil Paed Susp is used to provide symptomatic relief from childhood migraine, tension headaches and fever associated with nausea and vomiting. Nausea is a feeling of uneasiness in the stomach that often comes before vomiting.

Grenil Paed Susp is a combination of two drugs: Domperidone (dopamine antagonist) and Paracetamol (analgesic and antipyretic). Domperidone works by blocking dopamine receptors that stimulate the vomiting centre (chemoreceptor trigger zone – CTZ) located in the brain. Thus, it helps to prevent nausea and vomiting. Paracetamol works by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers in the brain known as prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and fever.

Use Grenil Paed Susp as prescribed. Your doctor will recommend how often your child needs to take Grenil Paed Susp based on his/her medical condition. In some cases, Grenil Paed Susp may cause side effects such as dry mouth, diarrhoea, drowsiness, or headache.
