Eslo-Tel 2.5 mg Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Hypertension is a condition characterised by increased blood pressure within blood vessels.

Eslo-Tel 2.5 mg Tablet is a combination of S-Amlodipine and Telmisartan. S-amlodipine works by relaxing and widening the blood vessels. Telmisartan lowers blood pressure and increases blood flow by preventing blood vessel narrowing.

You may experience certain side effects, such as dizziness, stomach pain, nausea, constipation, double vision, muscle cramps, and low blood pressure. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if these side effects persist, please consult your doctor.
