DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET is used to relieve abdominal pain/cramps. DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET belongs to a group of medicines called anti-spasmodic agents used to relieve abdominal pain/cramps. Abdominal pain occurs between the chest and pelvic region, generally known as stomach or tummy pain. The common causes of abdominal pain include inflammation, infections, intestinal disorders and obstruction/blockage.

DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET contains Hyoscine butylbromide and paracetamol. Hyoscine butylbromide works by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and intestine. Paracetamol is a pain reliever (analgesic) that prevents the release of chemical messengers that result in pain. Together, DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET relieves abdominal cramps.

You are advised to take DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical conditions. In some cases, DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET may cause dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, and a slow heart rate. Most of these side effects of DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

• DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET can be taken with or without food, but taking it with food helps reduce stomach upset.• It is advised to take DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET once or twice daily, or as directed by your doctor, at the same time each day for best results.• Swallow DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET as a whole with a glass of water.• Do not crush, chew, or break it.

Do not take DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET if you are allergic to any of its components. Before taking DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET , inform your doctor if you have a fast/slow heart rate, heart, liver or kidney disease, glaucoma, myasthenia gravis (muscle weakness), thyroid problems, difficulty passing urine, constipation, fever, stomach or intestinal blockade. It is advisable not to take DOLOKIND SPAS RF TABLET if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
