Dolokind Spas Tablet is used to relieve abdominal pain/cramps. It contains Hyoscine butylbromide and paracetamol which relaxes the muscles of the stomach and intestine and relieves abdominal cramps. About Dolokind Spas Tablet

Dolokind Spas Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called anti-spasmodic agents used to relieve abdominal pain/cramps. Abdominal pain occurs between the chest and pelvic region, generally known as stomach or tummy pain. The common causes of abdominal pain include inflammation, infections, intestinal disorders and obstruction/blockage.

Dolokind Spas Tablet contains Hyoscine butylbromide and paracetamol. Hyoscine butylbromide works by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and intestine. Paracetamol is a pain reliever (analgesic) that prevents the release of chemical messengers that result in pain. Together, Dolokind Spas Tablet relieves abdominal cramps.

You are advised to take Dolokind Spas Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical conditions. In some cases, Dolokind Spas Tablet may cause dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, and a slow heart rate. Most of these side effects of Dolokind Spas Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Do not take Dolokind Spas Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. What if I have taken an overdose of Dolokind Spas Tablet

Drug Warnings

Do not take Dolokind Spas Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Before taking Dolokind Spas Tablet , inform your doctor if you have a fast/slow heart rate, heart, liver or kidney disease, glaucoma, myasthenia gravis (muscle weakness), thyroid problems, difficulty passing urine, constipation, fever, stomach or intestinal blockade. It is advisable not to take Dolokind Spas Tablet if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

  • Eat smaller meals more often.
  • Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
  • Maintain a healthy weight by regular exercising.
  • Avoid carbonated and caffeinated beverages.

  • Avoid foods such as high-fat food, spicy food, chocolates, citrus fruits, pineapple, tomato, onion, garlic, tea, and soda.
