Bosentale-62.5 Tablet 10's is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high pressure in the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs). The symptoms of overdose include nausea, vomiting, headache, sweating, fast heartbeat, dizziness, or blurred vision.
