Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet is primarily used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high pressure in the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs). Hypertension is a chronic condition in which blood pressure is too high. This condition can lead to hardened arteries (blood vessels), decreasing the blood and oxygen flow to the heart.

Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet contains Bosentan. Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet helps to relax blood vessels by blocking endothelin and increasing the blood supply to the lungs.

You may experience swelling of legs and ankles, headaches, and diarrhoea in some cases. Most of these side effects of Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Please inform your doctor if you have liver dysfunction before starting Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not take Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet, a pregnancy category X drug. • Treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH): Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet helps lower high blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs, improving exercise ability and slowing disease progression.
• Management of idiopathic PAH: Used in patients with an unknown cause of PAH to relieve symptoms such as shortness of breath and fatigue.
• PAH associated with connective tissue disease: Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet lowers symptoms and improves quality of life in patients with PAH associated with connective tissue medical conditions, such as scleroderma.
• Prevention of digital ulcers: Reduces the occurrence of painful finger or toe ulcers in patients with systemic sclerosis.

• Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet can be taken with or without food as advised by the doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safe and effective use.
• Swallow Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, break or chew it.

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not take Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet as it is a pregnancy category X drug. It can lead to defects in the baby if taken during pregnancy.
• Also, after stopping Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet for at least a month, you should try to conceive so that Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet flushes out of the body completely.
• If you are taking Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet, women should use a reliable form of the contraceptive pill to avoid pregnancy and continue to use it one month after stopping Bosenlee 62.5 Tablet.
• Blood tests for liver function should be monitored regularly, as should haemoglobin levels. Low haemoglobin could be a sign of anaemia.
