About Acemyoset P Tablet

Acemyoset P Tablet is a combination medicine used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, muscle pain, bone and joint pain. Pain is a symptom triggered by the nervous system, causing uncomfortable sensations in the body. Muscle spasm is the sudden involuntary contractions of the muscle, which can be painful and uncomfortable. Arthritis is the tenderness and swelling in the joints.

Acemyoset P Tablet is a combination of three drugs, namely: Eperisone (muscle relaxant), Aceclofenac (NSAID), and Paracetamol (Analgesic). Eperisone works on the centres of the spinal cord and brain. This helps relieve muscle stiffness and improves muscle movements. Aceclofenac and Paracetamol work by blocking the effect of a chemical messenger known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that make another chemical prostaglandin (PG). By blocking COX enzymes' effect, lesser PGs are produced, which reduces mild to moderate pain and inflammation. Together, Acemyoset P Tablet helps in relieving pain due to muscle spasms.

Take Acemyoset P Tablet with or without food. Swallow Acemyoset P Tablet as a whole with a glass of water; do not chew or break the tablet. You are advised to take Acemyoset P Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Acemyoset P Tablet can increase your risk of a fatal heart attack or stroke. So, if you have had any recent heart surgery, do not use Acemyoset P Tablet . Acemyoset P Tablet increases the chances of stomach ulcers and bleeding. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Acemyoset P Tablet may cause drowsiness and dizziness, so drive with caution. Acemyoset P Tablet should not be given to children as safety and efficacy have not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Acemyoset P Tablet as it could lead to increased drowsiness and dizziness; it might also increase the risk of stomach bleeding. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and medicines to rule out any side effects.

Key Benefits

Acemyoset P Tablet is a combination of three drugs: Eperisone, Aceclofenac, and Paracetamol. Acemyoset P Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, muscle pain, bone and joint pain. Acemyoset P Tablet increases the pain threshold and blood flow across the skin. Eperisone is a muscle relaxant that works on the spinal cord and brain centres. This helps relieve muscle stiffness and improves muscle movements. Aceclofenac and Paracetamol are analgesics that work by blocking the effect of a chemical messenger known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that make another chemical prostaglandins (PG). These prostaglandins are produced at injury sites and cause pain and swelling. By blocking COX enzymes' effect, lesser PGs are produced, which reduces mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged site. Together, Acemyoset P Tablet helps in relieving pain due to muscle spasms.
