Get-It Plus Tablet contains four active ingredients: Lactobacillus, Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, and Saccharomyces boulardii. Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces boulardii are probiotics that help restore good bacteria while preventing the growth of harmful bacteria in the gut. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by inhibiting the activity of an enzyme (DNA gyrase) required by bacteria for replicating and repairing its genetic material (DNA). Ornidazole is an antiprotozoal/antibiotic that kills bacteria and parasites by inhibiting protein synthesis and damaging their DNA, leading to cell death. Get-It Plus Tablet may cause common side effects such as gas, bloating, constipation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, headache, and dizziness.
