Aller Nil Eye Drop is used in the treatment of allergic symptoms of the eye. Aller Nil Eye Drop contains Sodium cromoglycate, an anti-inflammatory or anti-allergic agent used to treat eye redness, itchy and watery eyes caused by allergies such as hay fever, per hair and house dust mites. It works by stabilising mast cells (immune cells) and prevents the release of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions. Thus, it prevents allergic response and reduces allergic symptoms.
Aller Nil Eye Drop is used to treat eye redness, itchy and watery eyes caused by allergies such as hay fever, per hair and house dust mites.

Maintain a time gap of 5 to 15 minutes between using Aller Nil Eye Drop and other eye drops. However, please consult a doctor before using other medicines with Aller Nil Eye Drop.
You are not recommended to wear contact lenses while using Aller Nil Eye Drop as it contains benzalkonium chloride, a preservative that changes the colour of contact lenses as soft contact lenses may absorb it. Therefore, you are advised to remove contact lenses before using Aller Nil Eye Drop and reinsert them after 15 minutes of using Aller Nil Eye Drop. Also, inform your doctor if you experience pain, stinging or abnormal eye sensations after using Aller Nil Eye Drop.
It is recommended that you use Aller Nil Eye Drop for as long as your doctor has prescribed it. However, if the symptoms do not improve within two days, please consult your doctor.
