FIBROEASE 10MG Tablet contains mifepristone, a medicine that can be used in certain medical abortion regimens under strict medical supervision but is also prescribed for other conditions, such as uterine fibroids, depending on the dose and treatment plan; it should never be taken on your own because misuse can cause heavy bleeding, incomplete abortion, severe pain, hormonal complications, or other serious health risks. Mifepristone is a medication primarily used to medically terminate an early pregnancy (lasting up to 70 days or less) when used in combination with another drug called Misoprostol. It is also used in the management of missed miscarriage under medical supervision. In some cases, it may be prescribed for controlling high blood sugar in people with Cushing’s syndrome (a condition where the body has too much stress hormone called cortisol) when other treatments are not suitable. Do not take Mifepristone without medical guidance.

Bleeding usually starts 24 to 48 hours after taking a Mifepristone tablet, often after the second medicine (misoprostol) is taken. Some women may notice light spotting earlier. If there is no bleeding at all, or if bleeding is very heavy (soaking more than 2 pads per hour for 2 hours), contact a doctor.
