What medicine should I take for a mild fever and extreme weakness after using Enteroquinol to control my diarrhea, and what foods should I eat or avoid instead of my current diet of eggs, oats with milk, flax seeds, and prunes?
I'm so sorry you're feeling weak. It's common to feel exhausted after diarrhea, but we can get you back on track. For your mild fever, you can take paracetamol. Since you used Enteroquinol, your gut needs gentle care. Please temporarily stop eating flax seeds, prunes, oats, and milk, as high-fiber and dairy can worsen diarrhea. Instead, switch to bland foods like white rice, bananas, applesauce, and plain toast. Most importantly, drink oral rehydration salts (ORS) or coconut water to quickly treat your weakness. If your fever persists or weakness worsens, please see a doctor.
