I may have already taken my BP medicine (Dilnip T10) earlier by mistake. My BP is now 141/80. Can I take another dose (Dilnip T5) now?
If you are prescribed Dilnip T10 once daily, you should not take an extra dose without medical advice, especially if you are unsure whether you already took it. Taking an additional tablet can lower your blood pressure too much and may cause dizziness, fainting, or other side effects. A reading of 141/80 is mildly elevated but not an emergency that requires an immediate extra dose. The safer option is to skip the uncertain dose today, monitor your BP, and continue your regular schedule tomorrow. If you experience symptoms such as dizziness, headache, chest discomfort, or if your blood pressure remains consistently high, consult your doctor promptly for proper guidance.
