How to treat facial pimples
Excess oil, clogged pores, germs, hormone fluctuations, stress, perspiration, and poor skin care are all typical causes of facial pimples. Use non-oily skin care products, keep your skin clean, avoid touching or squeezing pimples, and gently wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser. Some people may also benefit from eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, getting adequate sleep, and cutting less on junk or fatty foods. Because sun exposure can darken acne marks, always wear sunscreen. See a dermatologist if your acne is severe, painful, leaving scars, or does not go away after a few weeks. Stronger medications or treatment for hormonal causes may be necessary.
