Aceflam P Tablet, which contains aceclofenac and paracetamol, can help relieve your pain, fever, and swelling. However, it does not specifically treat itching. If your itching is due to an allergy or insect bite, an antihistamine may be needed in addition to this medication for full relief. Please consult your doctor if the itching persists or worsens, as this may indicate a more serious issue. Take Aceflam P Tablet only as prescribed, and avoid it if you have stomach ulcers, liver or kidney problems, or known allergies to these medicines.
