It works efficiently when taken once daily at night. Currently, you do not need additional medications if your eye pressure is well-controlled and there is no sign of optic nerve damage. However, glaucoma management is highly individualized. You must visit your ophthalmologist regularly for pressure checks, optic nerve scans, and visual field tests. Only your doctor can determine if Travo Z alone is sufficient or if adjustments are needed based on your ongoing eye health.
