Telmisartan (for blood pressure) can sometimes cause throat irritation or, very rarely, allergic swelling. Alternatively, acid reflux, the reason you likely take rabeprazole, often causes a feeling of tightness or a lump in the throat. Atorvastatin is unlikely to cause this.
