I had a convulsion due to hypoglycemia two months ago. My blood tests and brain MRI were normal. I was initially prescribed Levipil, but due to drowsiness it was changed to Eptoin 100. After one month, I developed a rash, stomach upset, and vertigo, so it was switched to Epilex Chrono 300 twice daily. However, I still have vertigo and am taking Stugeron 25. Could the vertigo be a side effect of my medications? How long is it safe to take Stugeron 25, and what else could be causing the vertigo?
