Before trying, consult your gynaecologist; they may recommend a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to check your fallopian tubes. Once you suspect you are pregnant, contact your doctor right away for early monitoring. They will track your beta-hCG levels and perform an ultrasound around 5 to 6 weeks to confirm the pregnancy is safely inside the uterus.

A low-lying placenta is quite common in early pregnancy and often resolves naturally as your uterus grows. While it requires careful monitoring, there is no need to panic. There are no specific medications to shift the placenta's position. Instead, management focuses on pelvic rest (avoiding intercourse and heavy lifting) to prevent bleeding, alongside regular ultrasound scans. If bleeding does occur, seek immediate medical attention.
