Vio Tablet is indicated for the prevention and treatment of various conditions caused by calcium and vitamin D deficiency. The detailed uses of Vio Tablet are as follows:

• Treatment of Osteoporosis: Helps strengthen bones and reduce the risk of fractures in people with brittle or porous bones.
• Management of Osteomalacia (Rickets): Treats softening of the bones caused by vitamin D deficiency, especially in children (rickets) and adults (osteomalacia).
• Correction of Vitamin D Deficiency: Corrects low levels of vitamin D in the body, which is essential for calcium absorption and bone health.
• Treats Hypoparathyroidism: Manages calcium levels in patients with underactive parathyroid glands by improving calcium absorption.
• Manages Latent Tetany: Prevents and treats muscle cramps and spasms caused by low calcium levels in the blood.

• Vio Tablet is a combination of Calcium and Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) used to treat and prevent various conditions caused by calcium and vitamin D deficiency.
• It helps maintain adequate calcium levels in the blood, essential for healthy bones, muscles, and nerves.
• Vio Tablet strengthens bones and teeth, reducing the risk of fractures in conditions like osteoporosis and osteomalacia.

• Take Vio Tablet with food or as advised by the doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions regarding the dosage and duration for effective results.
• Swallow Vio Tablet as a whole with water.
• Do not crush, chew or break it.

• Include dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese or milk-based custard in your diet.
• Eat daily a serving of broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, spinach and other green leafy vegetables.
• Include the best dietary sources of vitamin D, such as fish liver oils and vitamin D-fortified milk.
• Snack on calcium-rich nuts like Brazil nuts or almonds. 
• Sprinkle sesame seeds over your food, vegetables and salads. Sesame seeds are high in calcium.
• Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks and alcohol that inhibit calcium absorption.
• Replace the meat with tofu or tempeh for extra calcium in your food.

• Do not take Vio Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components.
• Vio Tablet is not recommended if you have hypercalcaemia (high calcium levels), hypervitaminosis D (high vitamin D levels), and malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food).
• Brief your medical history if you have any heart, kidney, liver, blood vessel diseases, kidney stones, sarcoidosis (growth of inflammatory cells in different parts of the body), Crohn's disease (inflammatory bowel disease), Whipple's disease (bacterial infection affecting joints and digestive system), achlorhydria (little or no stomach acid), low levels of bile, or phosphate imbalance.
• Drinking alcohol may affect calcium absorption; therefore, it is advised to limit alcohol intake while using Vio Tablet .
