Uniwalk Capsule is used to reduce pain, stiffness, and swelling in joints associated with osteoarthritis. It contains uniflexin which works by improving joint function and reducing dependency on analgesic (painkiller) medications. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as constipation, nausea and diarrhoea. Before taking this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.

About Uniwalk Capsule

Uniwalk Capsule belongs to a class of medications called dietary supplements used to reduce pain, stiffness, and swelling in joints caused by osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease in which the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering of cartilage. Due to the absence of this protective covering, the joints rub against each other, leading to pain and stiffness.

Uniwalk Capsule contains uniflexin. Uniflexin is naturally extracted from avocado and soybean oils, which helps to delay osteoarthritis to advance stage. It work by reducing pain and stiffness, thereby improving joint function and reducing dependency on analgesics medications.

Take this medication as recommended by your physician. You are advised to take this medication for as long as your doctor has advised it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience rash, photo-sensitivity, constipation, nausea and diarrhea. Most of these side effects of this medicine do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

What if I have taken an overdose of Uniwalk Capsule

Take Uniwalk Capsule only as suggested by the physician. Do not exceed the recommended dose, as it might cause an overdose. If you suspect you have taken an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

Drug Warnings

Consult your physician if you have ever had blood clots or circulation problems in your legs. People with joint infection or skin disease in the affected area should consult a physician before taking Uniwalk Capsule . People dealing with impaired glucose tolerance, kidney or liver dysfunction risk factors for heart (cardiovascular) disease, and who have asthma should take Uniwalk Capsule with caution. Before taking Uniwalk Capsule inform your doctor if you have diabetes, cancer, and high cholesterol level. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to be pregnant as this may harm an unborn baby. In some cases, Uniwalk Capsule may cause dizziness and drowsiness. So, if you observe such symptoms, then do not drive. You are recommended not to consume alcohol along with Uniwalk Capsule to avoid unpleasant side-effects.

Diet & Lifestyle Advise

Include more glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, vitamin D, calcium-enriched supplements. Besides this, turmeric and fish oils can help in reducing inflammation in the tissue.
Please do not go for heavy exercise as it may increase your joint pain in arthritis. Instead, you can do stretching, low impact aerobic exercise like walking on a treadmill, bike riding, and swimming. You can also strengthen your muscle strength by lifting light weights.
In the chronic condition of arthritis or joint pain, including fish like salmon, trout, tuna, and sardines. These fishes are enriched with omega-3 fatty acids that minimum level of chemical called cytokines, which ramp up inflammation.
Your sitting posture is important, especially when you have pain and inflammation condition. Try to sit little as possible, and only for a short time (10-15 min).
