Pilorute-EP Forte Tablet 7's belongs to the group of medicines called anorectal preparations used to treat haemorrhoids (piles). Haemorrhoids, also known as piles, are the inflamed and swollen veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort, pain and bleeding. Pilorute-EP Forte Tablet 7's provides relief from pain, inflammation, discomfort and itching associated with piles.

Pilorute-EP Forte Tablet 7's contains Calcium Dobesilate and Euphorbia prostrata extract. Pilorute-EP Forte Tablet 7's is effective in controlling bleeding from the engorged anal veins by enhancing the free flow of blood through the veins. It promotes healing and reduces inflammation by decreasing the viscosity of the blood and reducing leakage from the blood vessels.

Take Pilorute-EP Forte Tablet 7's on an empty stomach. Pilorute-EP Forte Tablet 7's should be swallowed as a whole with water; do not chew or break it. Pilorute-EP Forte Tablet 7's should be used in the dose and duration prescribed by the doctor. In some cases, Pilorute-EP Forte Tablet 7's may cause certain common side effects such as local rash, stomach ache, constipation, dry mouth, and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if these side effects persist.

Pilorute-EP Forte Tablet 7's contains Calcium Dobesilate and Euphorbia prostrata extract. It is used primarily in the treatment of haemorrhoids (piles).
