Diet & Lifestyle Advise

  • Avoid smoking and cut down on tobacco consumption.
  • Incorporate plenty of citrus fruits such as oranges, lime, lemon; chicken, cheese, pumpkin seeds, eggs and beans in your diet.
  • Avoid milk, bran, cereals and grains within 2 hours of taking Ostirose Sachet .  
  • Eat more lean meats, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables and whole-grain foods to give you more energy.
  • Taking a stroll in the garden or spending 30 minutes of your time doing some light physical activity can be very useful, as exercise improves immunity and strengthens the body. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired.
