About Ntzyme Tablet

Ntzyme Tablet contains digestive enzymes. It is primarily used to treat indigestion. Indigestion/dyspepsia can be defined as the inability to digest food associated with stomach pain and discomfort. Ntzyme Tablet helps treat conditions such as dyspepsia (indigestion), loss of appetite, flatulence (gas), and bloating.

Ntzyme Tablet contains Pancreatin, bile constituents and Activated dimethicone. Pancreatin and bile constituents break down or digest proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, whereas dimethicone decreases the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating gas expulsion through burping.

Ntzyme Tablet is generally safe for use. It rarely causes side effects like nausea, constipation, diarrhoea, and abdominal pain. If these side effects worsen, please consult your doctor. Ntzyme Tablet should be taken as advised by your doctor.

Ntzyme Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to any of the components present in it. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition, including medical history, to rule out any side effects/interactions. How Ntzyme Tablet Works

• Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
• Keep Ntzyme Tablet out of the sight and reach of children.

What if I have taken an overdose of Ntzyme Tablet

Do not take more than the prescribed dose. If you take more than prescribed dose accidentally, it may lead to unwanted effects. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any side effects or think you have taken too much.

Drug Warnings

Discontinue taking Ntzyme Tablet and inform your doctor if you have any allergic reactions to Ntzyme Tablet . Keep your doctor informed about your health condition, including medical history, to rule out any side effects. It is advised not to take other medicines for at least 2 hours after taking Ntzyme Tablet , as this medicine may stop other medicines from getting into the body.  Before taking, inform your doctor about your complete medication history, including OTC (over-the-counter) medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding before taking Ntzyme Tablet . This medicine is not recommended for use in children below 12 years of age unless prescribed by your paediatrician.

  • Try to add fibre-rich food like whole grains, beans, lentils, berries, broccoli, peas, and bananas to your daily diet, which helps aid digestion.

  • Eat small meals at regular intervals so that the stomach does not have to work. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
