MELOKENT Blemish Reduction Face Serum
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of MELOKENT Blemish Reduction Face Serum. I have purchased this product twice from an offline store, and both times the serum turned dark brown within a very short period of use. Initially, the serum was transparent and watery, but the sudden color change clearly indicates oxidation or product instability.
This is a serious quality concern because skincare products applied directly on the face should be safe and stable. Due to this issue, I no longer feel safe using the product and I am worried about possible skin damage.
It is unacceptable that the same problem has occurred repeatedly with your product. I request an immediate explanation regarding the product quality, along with a proper resolution in the form of a replacement or refund.
I have photos of the product, packaging, and batch details available as proof. If this issue is not resolved properly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through consumer complaint platforms and public reviews.
Kindly respond at the earliest.

The color change in your MELOKENT Blemish Reduction Face Serum likely indicates product oxidation or instability, which can affect safety and effectiveness. Given your concern about skin damage and repeated quality issues, it is reasonable to seek a replacement or refund from the manufacturer or seller.
⚠️ Important Considerations
Oxidation can cause serums to darken, potentially reducing their safety and efficacy.
Using a product that has changed color may increase the risk of skin irritation or adverse reactions.
Your decision to stop using the serum due to these concerns is appropriate for your skin safety.
🩺 Recommended Actions
Contact the manufacturer, Biokent Healthcare, with your batch details and photos to report the issue formally.
Request a replacement or refund based on documented product instability.
If you experience any skin irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist for appropriate care.
🩺 When to See a Doctor
If you notice redness, swelling, itching, or burning after using any skincare product, seek dermatology consultation promptly.
Following up with the company for resolution is important, and consulting a dermatologist can ensure your skin remains safe in the meantime.
