Iroxel-XT Tablet is primarily used to treat iron deficiency and its associated anaemia. Iron deficiency anaemia is a condition in which the body does not have enough red blood cells due to low iron levels.

Take Iroxel-XT Tablet exactly as recommended by your doctor. Swallow it whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew, or break it. Iroxel-XT Tablet contains Zinc Sulphate, Ferrous Ascorbate, and Folic acid. It works by restoring iron levels and boosting the body’s production of red blood cells and haemoglobin, thereby treating and preventing iron-deficiency anaemia.

It is recommended not to take Iroxel-XT Tablet along with tea, coffee, milk, and eggs since they might interfere with iron absorption from Iroxel-XT Tablet .

Iroxel-XT Tablet is best absorbed if taken on an empty stomach. However, in some patients, Iroxel-XT Tablet may cause gastrointestinal disturbances, such as stomach upset or constipation, when taken without food. Please take it as recommended by your physician if you have stomach problems.

Antacids may interfere with the absorption of iron. Hence, taking Iroxel-XT Tablet two hours before or four hours after taking antacids is advised.
