• Open the brace and slide your hand into it. Ensure your thumb passes through the thumb hole.
• Place the insert on the outer side of your wrist joint.
• Pull the brace upward and secure it in place, then adjust the fit using the additional strap around your wrist.
• Secure the brace by fastening the strap. Make sure it's snug but not too tight to restrict circulation.
• For increased support, use the additional support strap to customise the level of compression to your needs.

Don't use the brace if you have a history of allergic reactions to any of its materials. Use on clean, intact skin. Avoid wearing for prolonged periods e. g. while sleeping. Machine wash in cold or cool water (~30¬∫C) using the gentle or delicate wash cycle setting. Wash with similar colours using a laundry detergent with no additives (avoid fabric softener). Ensure the strip support is not attached to the knit fabric but to the same type of material (closure on closure, strap on strap). Lay it flat to air dry; do not put it in the dryer.
