Fediet Tablet is used to treat iron deficiency and nutritional deficiencies during pregnancy. Fediet Tablet contains ferrous bisglycinate, zinc, copper, selenium, vitamin B6, methylcobalamin, folic acid, and fish oil (DHA) which are essential for a pregnant woman to improve maternal and perinatal outcomes. It helps support a healthy pregnancy.

• Ferrous bisglycinate helps improve haemoglobin levels and iron absorption.
• Zinc prevents preterm birth and other problems like low birth weight.
• Copper supports the growth and development of the foetus.
• Selenium has antioxidant properties and prevents oxidative stress.
• Folic acid plays a vital role in red blood cell production, DNA synthesis, foetal growth and development.
• Methylcobalamin aids the formation of red blood cells and promotes nerve health. It may also prevent pre-eclampsia, miscarriage, and intrauterine growth.
• Vitamin B6 supports normal brain function and immune health. It also helps prevent nausea during pregnancy.
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is required for the growing foetus's brain and nervous system development.
