• Shampoo your hair and rinse to remove traces of soap.
• Massage the lotion gently into your scalp and hair.
• Allow the foam to remain in contact with your scalp for 15 to 30 minutes.
• Rinse your scalp and hair with warm water, rubbing away the softened scales and crusts.
• For mild dandruff, use twice a week for a month. For severe dandruff, use every alternate day for a month
