Digeval-MPS Sugar Free Mint Oral Suspension is a combination of three drugs: Aluminium hydroxide (antacid), magnesium hydroxide (antacid) and dimethicone (antiflatulent). Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide works by neutralising excess stomach acid. Dimethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating gas expulsion through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract.
Do not take Digeval-MPS Sugar Free Mint Oral Suspension for longer durations unless advised by the doctor. Talk to your doctor if you do not feel better even after taking Digeval-MPS Sugar Free Mint Oral Suspension for 1-2 weeks.
